Yasmine is a qualified nutrition coach, personal trainer and ex-dancer. Her mission is to empower petite women (5'4 & shorter) to reclaim their body confidence and feel strong, toned and sexy through movement and nutrition.

The science clearly shows that losing weight and "toning up" as a shorter woman is a very different experience compared to taller women. This due to our naturally slower metabolisms.
Yasmine helps shorter women approach fitness and nutrition in a way that feels good and gets long term results without dieting and boring cardio workouts.

Introducing the Shorty Gains Method
The SG Method is the tried and tested method we use to get women who are 5'4 or shorter closer to the body confidence they have always dreamed of and lose fat without dieting.
As a shorter than average woman (5'4 and under), our metabolisms are naturally slower. This means traditional dieting, i.e. steep calorie cutting, food fear and intense cardio, doesn't tend to work for our smaller frames because it slows down our metabolism even more and makes us feel weak, tired and let's be honest... hangry.
