My Story (The reason why shorty gains exists).

"Unfortunately, I grew up lacking body confidence and feeling ugly for most of my teenage and adult life. But when I discovered strength training and a non-restrictive approach to nutrition, my life literally changed forever. I spent so many years trying so many random workouts on YouTube or generic workout programs only to see and feel no difference at all. I also hated every single second of the workouts/diets, so I couldn't stick to them. At this point, I thought there was something wrong with me. I just kept thinking "why is everyone else getting results and I'm not? " or "Why can't I just motivate myself and stick to the program?"  It was a horrible vicious cycle UNTIL I discovered the science behind fat loss for short women and how building muscle was KEY to losing fat and toning up long-term. This approach gave me food freedom, sculpted my body and made me feel like the sexy, confident and self-assured woman I always knew I could be."
