Quick & Easy Blueberry Compote (Delicious!)




Ingredients:

👉🏼 125g Blueberries

👉🏼 Dash of water (exact amount varies based on personal consistency preference)

👉🏼 Dash of pure stevia powder, approx 1/8th tsp (I use @steviago, but you can use coconut sugar or any other granulated sugar, to taste, if you prefer)

👉🏼 1/4-1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon





🌟 Instructions 🌟

Put the blueberries in a saucepan on medium heat and let them sit for a minute or two. Then add a tiny dash of water and start mashing the blueberries a little and mix the water with the blueberries. Keep an eye on the consistency - if you want a thicker compote, add less water. If you want a more runny consistency, just keep adding little amounts of water until you reach your preferred consistency.


Keep stirring. The blueberries should start to bubble a little, at which point you can lower the heat a little and add the stevia and cinnamon. And then just continue stirring until you’re happy with the taste and consistency.

Then, pour over your porridge or anything else you want - and enjoy!!
